SHIPPING & Return POLICY

1. Returns & Exchanges

1.1 All merchandise purchased from Chiaradiamante.com is eligible for a return within 7 days after its delivery. Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and returned to sender. Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 

1.2 To return an item for a full refund or exchange, please fill out the return/exchange form at the bottom of your order invoice and enclose it with the merchandise you wish to return/exchange. Please make sure your return is packed securely in its original packaging as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit. Once your return has been received and accepted you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment.

1.3 We do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding all shipping fees.

2. International Shipping

2.1 All international orders are typically shipped within 72 hours via DHL. A total landed cost of shipping, duties, & taxes is calculated and collected at checkout.

2.2 If you refuse a shipment that has already been processed and shipped, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of returning the package to Chiaradiamante.com This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

3. Repairs

3.1 Quality and craftsmanship is our utmost concern. However, jewelry by nature is delicate. We can only accept repairs for items purchased on Chiaradiamante.com Repairs for items 

3.2 Pricing for repairs vary depending of damage. To request repair information please email chiara.italy.jewellery@gmail.com with your original order number and a photo of your damaged item. We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within six months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair fee.

4. Shipping

4.1 We offer complimentary shipping in Hong Kong and China District.

4.2 All shipments require a direct signature and we do not ship to PO boxes. Any and all shipping charges due to bounced or undeliverable packages is the responsibility of the receiver of goods.
